Elizaveta is involved in comprehensive transaction support, including legal due diligence of legal entities, real estate and land plot reviews, advising clients on a wide range of civil and corporate law matters, and preparing legal opinions and recommendations.
She assists in drafting agreements and other documents for the acquisition and sale of companies and property assets. She prepares contracts for acquiring and alienating real estate, as well as various corporate documents.
In addition, Elizaveta advises clients on comprehensive legal due diligence in intellectual property and information technology. She guides clients on compliance with advertising and personal data legislation. She also handles the registration and protection of intellectual property rights.
