Kommersant, Russia’s leading business media outlet, has published its annual
Deals of the Year ranking.
In this special issue, Kommersant highlighted the most important transactions that reflect the capital flows in 2025.
Among the landmark deals, the ranking recognised a project handled by the SL LEGAL M&A team, led by practice head
