He participates in asset and transaction structuring projects, assists with regulatory audits, and represents clients in administrative and court disputes.
Valeriy participates in the work of the tax committees of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce and the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He participated in the preparation of requests to the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Service on behalf of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce for clarifications on taxation of foreign companies’ income.
Valeriy authors publications and commentaries for RBC Pro, Pravo.ru, TASS, EZ-Yurist, Sistema Yurist, and others, and speaks at events on foreign trade and international taxation.
He speaks English, French and Italian, and holds a diploma in translation for professional communication.

Boiron – support for a desk customs audit, as a result of which it was possible to significantly reduce the amount of additional charges and develop a strategy for minimizing risks for current deliveries.
