Anna Pavlova is a Senior Associate specialising in employment and migration matters.
In the sphere of employment law, Anna advises clients on a broad range of matters, including:
- hiring, drafting of employment contracts and internal policies and procedures;
- drafting and implementing compensation systems, incentive and bonus schemes, including long-term incentive programs for key employees and top management;
- conducting disciplinary proceedings and internal investigations;
- managing complex terminations, including those involving senior executives;
